Here is exactly what happens, in order, so there are no surprises. Most first visits take about an hour, and you'll leave knowing where your oral health stands and what, if anything, comes next.

No Wait Time
Your time is precious, and we run a punctual practice. Our front desk greets you warmly and takes you straight through to your treatment room — our scheduling is built so there is no waiting.

Digital X-Rays
Your visit begins with a set of digital X-rays. They give us a clear view of your teeth, gums and jawbone, and reveal anything that isn't visible to the naked eye — with minimal radiation exposure.
- Step 3
Initial Cleaning
One of our skilled hygienists gives you a general initial cleaning, or prophylaxis. It gently removes plaque and tartar to head off cavities and gum disease, and you'll get practical tips for keeping on top of it at home.
- Step 4
Exam & Treatment Planning
Dr. Maral then carries out a comprehensive oral exam, reviews your X-rays and talks through any concerns. From what she finds, the two of you build a plan around your goals — preventive, restorative or cosmetic.
